I don’t know what is more extensive: rapper DMX’s impressive chart feats…or his arrest record.  37-year-old DMX (real name: Earl Simmons) was arrested yesterday (8/14) outside a Wal-Mart in Miami Beach, Florida, on a warrant issued by a Maricopa County Superior Court commissioner for failing to appear in an Arizona court Tuesday for a pretrial conference on charges relating to marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession.  He has a home outside of Phoenix, and this is one of several legal battles he faces in Arizona, including animal cruelty and false identity charges.  Since I am the Chart Guy and not the Arrest Record Guy, I will focus on his many achievements on the charts.
